Qualifications
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:**
Associates of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or 60 semester hours of college credit including classes in chemistry and biology and a one-year curriculum in clinical laboratory techniques or a twelve-month military medical laboratory- training program.
**EXPERIENCE**
Two years is preferred
+ **LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION**
+ Registry is preferred by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or by an equivalent agency.
