The
Medical Scheduler/Biller
is the front-line MVP of the practice—aka the first face, voice, and vibe patients experience. This role is responsible for delivering top-tier customer service while managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and essential administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Customer Service

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally (first impressions = everything).
  • Answer and route phone calls using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Clearly explain practice policies, procedures, and services to patients.

Front Desk Operations

  • Check patients in and out while ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
