Medical Scheduler

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in patient scheduling, is familiar with radiology services, and is comfortable working with Athena EMR to ensure smooth appointment flow and an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for radiology procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and referral requirements prior to appointments.
• Maintain and manage the scheduling system (Athena EMR preferred), ensuring all patient records are up to date.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions.
