Job Responsibilities
- Greeting patients warmly at the front desk.
- Managing a busy multi-line telephone system.
- Navigating and processing patient requests using the Anima Triage platform.
- Booking appointments accurately using the EMIS clinical system.
- Handling general medical queries and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with computers; experience with EMIS and Anima is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel between our three local sites.
- Previous NHS or GP practice experience preferred but not essential.
