Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work in our Echuca clinic. This role is a Full-Time Position working Monday to Friday with hours between 7.45am-5.30pm.

What will you be doing?  

• Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
• Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound).
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care.  
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
