Calian / Deloitte is a third‑party service provider contracted by the Canadian Armed Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) to provide information and candidate sourcing support for CAF career opportunities and entry programs.


The CAF recognizes select civilian college and university programs as aligned with specific military occupations under the Non-Commissioned Member Subsidized Training and Education Plan (NCMSTEP).


If you have graduated from an approved program, you may be eligible to join the CAF with advanced standing, meaning reduced training time and faster progression into your military career.
