- Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a Healthcare Architectural within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
- May manage various size groups of architects, designers, and/or specialists.
- Lead the medical planning effort on large, complex healthcare projects.
- Develop and document comprehensive space programs, functional relationships (bubble/block diagrams), and departmental adjacencies.
- Lead user group meetings, clinical interviews, and visioning sessions to capture detailed operational needs and workflows.
- Generate and evaluate multiple planning concepts, guiding clients through feasibility and option analysis.
- Author key sections of project deliverables, including the Functional & Space Program (FSP) and Equipment Planning narratives.
- Ensure all plans comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
