Qualification & Experience
MBBS degree; additional certification in Emergency and Family Medicine preferred.
5–10 years of general clinical and hospital experience.
Prior exposure to corporate or occupational health is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient general medical care and treatment to employees.
Ensure timely and effective follow-up with patients.
Support administrative tasks for smooth operation of the medical centre.
Coordinate with external specialists and hospitals as required for patient wellbeing.
Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments for employees.
Analyse employee health data to identify disease trends and prevalence.
Organize health awareness campaigns for employees.
