Key Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side medical malpractice files from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, pre‑trials, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motion materials, mediation briefs, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.
