is responsible in supporting healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time during telemedicine visits. This role ensures complete, compliant, and timely medical documentation to support efficient patient care delivery.

Job Description:

• Attends virtual telemedicine appointments to accurately document patient encounters in real time.

• Records medical histories, chief complaints, assessments, diagnostic procedures, and treatment plans into EMRs.

• Maintains organized and detailed electronic medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.

•
Documents ophthalmology-specific data such as visual acuity, intraocular pressure, slit lamp findings, and retinal evaluations.

• Assists providers in preparing and sending prescriptions and coordinating follow-up care.
