We are currently looking for aLegal Counsel – LATAM North As Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance matters, and coordinating legal risk management in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements (services, supply, distribution, NDAs, credit agreements). Coordinate litigation matters with external counsel. Support the annual compliance plan execution and risk mitigation actions.3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law. ~ Strong legal generalist profile with focus in corporate matters. ~ Advanced English. ~ Experience outside Mexico and/or in a recognized law firm.
