A leading hospital is seeking a seasoned, high-impact Chief Medical Officer who is currently serving (or has very recently served) as a CMO in a reputable hospital.
This is a top clinical executive role for a proven leader who has full ownership of hospital clinical operations, governance, quality, and medical staff leadership.
Role Overview
The Chief Medical Officer will be the highest clinical authority in the hospital and will be responsible for:
Full clinical leadership across all departments and specialties
End-to-end ownership of clinical governance, quality, patient safety, and risk management
Authority over medical staff credentialing, privileging, performance management, and discipline
Chairing and leading Medical Executive Committee, peer review, and M&M processes
