Job Overview
  • Provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at customer sites.
  • Serve as a primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution.
  • Training provided- OJT for 1st Month
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.

  • Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to standard operating protocols.
