**Branch Office Support Representative**
**Location:** Onsite
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
**Position Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Branch Office Support Representative to support the daily operations of our branch office. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients, referral sources, and internal teams while providing administrative, customer service, and operational support. This is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work.

+ Support the Sales team by completing required patient documentation.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
