Job Title: Medical Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Document Review & Analysis
Review medical and non-medical documents submitted by students, including but not limited to:
CPR Certification
HIPAA and OSHA Training Certificates
Driver’s License
School-specific forms
Background checks and Drug screening reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance of each document with university-specific guidelines and regulatory standards.
Compare uploaded documents against criteria provided to determine appropriate status: Approved, Disapproved, or Requires Additional Information.
Communicate clearly and professionally with students regarding disapproved or incomplete documentation, citing specific deficiencies and next steps.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership to support a high-functioning, accurate, and timely review process.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
