**Status:** Full time Onsite
**Shift:** Mon to Fri, 8 am to 430 pm, no nights/weekend/on call/holidays

Provide and assist participants with daily living activities, restorative, and supportive care. Monitor and report participants' health status and ensure a safe environment.
