:At Oak Street Health, Medical Assistants (MAs) are essential Care Team members who report to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist. Your primary role is to collect accurate patient data — through screenings, collecting vitals and diagnostic testing — to support informed clinical decision-making.
