Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepares health records of patients.
  • Types, files medical records and performs other clerical works in the health services.
  • Prepares monthly report of medicines.
  • Submits reports to DOH, DepEd, and water samples for analysis.
  • Sees to it that the clinic is kept clean and orderly.
  • Performs other duties assigned by physician.
  • Assists the physician, dentist, and nurse in annual physical examination of freshmen and old students upon enrollment.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year experience of being Office Assistant or Fresh Graduates.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
  • Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
  • Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday.
