Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepares health records of patients.
- Types, files medical records and performs other clerical works in the health services.
- Prepares monthly report of medicines.
- Submits reports to DOH, DepEd, and water samples for analysis.
- Sees to it that the clinic is kept clean and orderly.
- Performs other duties assigned by physician.
- Assists the physician, dentist, and nurse in annual physical examination of freshmen and old students upon enrollment.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year experience of being Office Assistant or Fresh Graduates.
- Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
- Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
- Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday.
