Job Description

  • Strong data entry, document review, indexing, and claim verification
  • Thorough familiarity with Datacap, Provider Enrollment Portal, File Director, and mainframe systems
  • Knowledge of claims forms (CMS-1500 and UB-04 CMS-1450)
  • Provider enrollment and stakeholder outreach experience
  • Prior direct experience performing these services for DSS is highly preferred
  • Understanding of DSS policies, quality control, and deadlines
  • Ability to scale team up/down based on demand
