1) Lead end-to-end Medium to Big - Scale media campaigns:

  • To develop media strategic planning & implementation plan, translating from business challenge & opportunities
  • Creative brilliant basics implementation & creative assets' on-time execution
  • Continuous test & learn of all media campaigns (incl. creative), with clear learning agenda (short-term and long-term),
  • Reporting, learning & actionable insights for next improvements & acceleration
  • 2) Lead implementation of media sufficiency planning, CMM results & internal Kraft Heinz Marketing framework for most effective & efficient media campaigns

    3) Lead exploration of new opportunities/media approach (online/ offline, paid/ earned) to keep up with market, trend & consumer needs and accelerate campaign performance

    Job Requirement

  • Minimum 7-8 years experience working as media planner in Media Agencies or/and FMCG companies in Indonesia
