Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for agency partners on operational tasks and asset delivery
- Execute day-to-day paid media tasks including QA of new ad sets, and maintenance of campaign trackers, timelines, and status documents to keep stakeholders informed
- Organize and maintain campaign assets, briefs, and creative files in shared drives
- Schedule and coordinate paid media meetings; prepare agendas and capture feedback notes
