Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Lead end-to-end planning, KPI setting & tracking, and post-campaign analysis for major new product launches, mid-year promotions, and special events across online channels (TMall, JD.com, Douyin). Support sales and paid traffic teams in achieving targets including sales volume, new customer acquisition, and conversion rate improvement.
Media Asset Production & Management:
Oversee the creation and management of online promotional content, with a strong focus on video materials for Douyin and other information feed platforms. Analyze campaign and audience data to guide operators (e.g., DP partners) in shooting, editing, and optimizing promotional assets.
Methodology Development:
Summarize and develop best practices for brand, category, and product marketing direction throughout campaigns and short video promotion activities.
