What you'll do

As a Full-Time Broadcast Technician on the Media Engineering team in Edmonton, you will help support:

  • 2 television stations (CityTV and OMNI)
  • 5 radio stations (SONiC 102.9, KiSS 91.7, ROCK 97.7, ROCK 97.9, Country 93.3)
  • Maintain broadcast production facilities, local and remote broadcast tower sites, and transmitters
  • Ensure broadcasting compliance for over-the-air feeds
  • Maintain, repair and install AM, FM and DTV transmission systems, including microwave and subsystems
