  • Lead, develop, and oversee the Trading Team in Mexico City.

  • Ensure campaigns are properly set up and optimized for strong performance.

  • Personally manage 3-5 campaigns to stay current with DSPs and new platforms.

  • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams and clients.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Coordinate cross-channel digital efforts to drive optimal results.

  • Implement and maintain programmatic best practices and industry updates.
