MAJOR DUTIES: 

  • Lead a team of Mechatronics Integrators in the design and integration of automation equipment along with individual project execution. 

    • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Team Leadership: 
  • Single point of contact for his/her team both to delegate work & requests & to escalate issues
    General supervision, training, and guidance of all Mechatronics Integrators that are part of his/her team
    Responsible for team performance in respect to meeting departmental and project-based milestones and KPIs
    Foster an atmosphere of creativity, efficiency, and collaboration within the team
    Roll out company & departmental objectives to team members
    Evaluate team member performance and complete regular reviews
    Conduct 1:1 with team members on a regular basis to continuously develop & coach them
    Responsible for Cost and Schedule oversight of all the projects assigned to the team members
