Mechanised Shift Supervisor

Requirements:

• DMR or MQA Blasting Certificate


• Recognized Shift Supervisor certificate


• 3+ years’ experience in a trackless underground mining environment


• Good track record of safety and production in a TMM environment

KPAs:

• Safe achievement of production targets in line with quality standards and targets


• The planning and controlling of the crew


• Supervising and inspecting completed work


• Complying with the health and safety policy and practices of the company
