Job Description

The role

involves teaching a range of subjects as required to support the effective delivery of the school curriculum, ensuring that lessons are engaging, inclusive, and responsive to pupils’ needs. In addition, the postholder will undertake other areas of responsibility, as agreed with the Head of Education, to support the ongoing development and effective implementation of the school’s curriculum and educational provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the quality of teaching and learning in Mechanics, continually developing and improving provision.

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate an engaging and effective Mechanics curriculum.

  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports progress and achievement.
