Mechanical Technician - Urgent Hiring

BG Global is hiring for the starch manufacturing industry and is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, gearboxes, agitators, centrifuges, grinders, rotary valves, dryers, sifters, conveyors, bucket elevators, and - other rotating equipment. - Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. - Perform equipment alignment and leveling using precision instruments. - Monitor and maintain inventory of mechanical spare parts. - Troubleshoot mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards. - Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
