Mechanical Technician

Job Summary

The position is responsible for the execution of preventive and major corrective maintenance activities of the main engines in accordance with Company policies, procedures and standards. The role leads work execution, provides frontline technical judgment, and supports condition‑based monitoring (CBM) and root cause analysis (RCA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the superior on daily activities and schedule based on work orders, and prepare tools and equipment.
• Perform advanced preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on main engines and mechanical auxiliaries.
• Lead work execution and direct contracted mechanics during maintenance activities.
• Inspect and analyze reported engine trouble, conduct major corrective maintenance as required, troubleshoot mechanical abnormalities, and provide corrective recommendations.
