Responsibilities

Act as front liners who will be hands‑on in doing the facilities quick fix repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination/assistance

Reporting to Engineer and will communicate as well for the status update Data Center equipment under repair/maintenance, and other urgent facility issues or concerns.

Carry out maintenance and improvement work ensuring all procedures, processes, and client requirements are taken into consideration.

Maintain various equipment and facilities to ensure good operating condition in accordance with the agreed maintenance plan. Maximize efficiency with minimal maintenance and energy costs.

Routine inspection and control of all areas under client’s lease agreement with the landlord.

Reading of utility meters and maintaining of data collected.
