Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Technical Plumber to join our Team in Dublin 2
Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30
Main duties and responsibilities
Effective daily maintenance of all Mechanical equipment on-site.
Reporting of existing or potential problems with equipment to Facilities Engineer.
Working with Electrical/Multiskilled Technicians to effectively manage / maintain multi-disciplinary equipment.
Effective maintenance of non-Mechanical equipment (where possible)
Reporting of existing or potential problems with non-mechanical equipment to Facilities Engineer
Ensure all facilities-related maintenance documentation is completed properly, filed and accessible as required.
Professional greeting to clients and staff to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure all subcontractors on-site are working within the agreed permit-to-work system.
