Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar 3-7+ years in mechanical design (ideally equipment, machinery, or automation) Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar) Experience with pneumatics and compressed air systems Experience with precision components and tight tolerances Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, finishing, etc.) Ability to perform tolerance analysis and FEA (for stress, vibration, wear) Experience with product development and NPI (New Product Introduction) Experience collaborating with electrical/controls engineers on automated systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance issues Experience in equipment, machinery, or automation industries preferred
