Job Title Mechanical Support Specialist Location FLSmidth Service Center, Hibbing, Minnesota Responsibilities Promote a safety first culture by active participation at safety toolbox meetings, continuous evaluation of the work site for potential hazards or unsafe actions, use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to the site or work to be performed, and reporting near misses/hazards, accidents, or injuries (no matter the severity) and identify unsafe equipment/work per company guidelines. Perform quality work by following instructions and procedures. Practice tool management by properly using and caring for tools and equipment. Read drawings to complete rebuild jobs. Manage warehousing activities keeping parts stock according to the inventory. Maintain tools and equipment at the shop in proper condition.
