  • BS Mechanical Engineering graduate
  • Preferably licensed
  • Trainable and able to adapt to the existing setup and system
  • Knowledgeable in spare parts planning and CAD
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • With good moral character and attitude
  • Experience in a paper manufacturing setup is an advantage

Brief Job Description

  • Supervises the safe, efficient, and effective execution of maintenance activities in the assigned area.
  • Handles tasks such as material planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, welding, fabrication, and shift operations.
  • Ensures smooth workflow and proper implementation of maintenance procedures.
  • Takes on specific assignments designated by the Section Manager based on operational needs.
