Mechanical Supervisor

Description The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all mechanical production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The role includes planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervising the deck mechanic team, and managing spare parts inventory. The position also supports technical troubleshooting, maintains accurate maintenance records, and promotes continuous improvement. A strong commitment to safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and personnel training is essential.
