We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee projects across Birmingham within the commercial, retail, education, office, and industrial sectors.

Key Duties:

Supervise mechanical installations (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, plant rooms)

*

Manage site teams and subcontractors

*

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

*

Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site documentation

*

Liaise with Project Managers and main contractors

Requirements:

SSSTS – Essential

*

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Mechanical/Plumbing

*

CSCS Card

*

Proven experience on commercial/industrial projects

*
