Mechanical Site Manager in Thatcham on an 80‑week programme, remunerated £300–£350 per day or £60,000–£70,000 per year plus travel.

The role is on a secure £10 m mechanical package, requiring site leadership, strong coordination, and maintaining high standards while works progress at pace.
Responsibilities
- Drive mechanical delivery on site, keeping subcontractors moving and ensuring quality.
- Maintain programme protection day to day, checking progress against schedule.
- Coordinate plant, materials, and site logistics for HVAC and general mechanical services.
- Track progress, deal with technical issues, and keep installation aligned with the programme.
- Support commissioning and handover, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team.
- Ensure safety and specification compliance while communicating clearly and spotting problems early.
