Job Summary

The Seal Repair Technician is responsible for all processes related to disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment. The Technician follows instruction from a Repair job packet and router to perform DCI (Dismantle, Clean, Inspect) and provides a written description of the wear and condition of critical components and seal. The Technician assembles the seal following assembly procedures specific to the product, completes all inspection forms taking pictures of all critical components, and uses inspection equipment for proper documentation of the assembly. They identify, inspect, and evaluate material returned, determine repair operations, perform simple shop operations, verify specifications, initiate work and purchase orders, and prior to shipping paint, install all tagging, and prep the seal.

Milton, ON – On‑site. Compensation: $30 to $40 an hour.
