Mechanical Revit Technician – Buildings

Position: Mechanical Revit Technician – Buildings within the Property & Buildings (P&B) Mechanical team in Victoria, BC. Contribute to the design and delivery of meaningful building projects across British Columbia and the Yukon.

Your Impact

• Develop detailed mechanical BIM models and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD for a wide range of building projects.
• Support the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable buildings.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality multidisciplinary designs.
• Apply and interpret BC Building Code, BC Plumbing Code, National Building Code, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards throughout design development.
• Prepare system calculations using industry‑standard load analysis tools to support sound engineering decisions.
