Mechanical Repairs Technician - 8 Positions Available

LongāTerm PAYE Contract (to December 2026)
Following a recent rampāup, we are recruiting 6 Mechanical Repairs Technicians and 2 Repairs Testers to join our aerospace client in Titchfield. With a transition to a brandānew, purposeābuilt facility underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly skilled team.
These roles are longāterm PAYE contracts running until December 2026, with strong potential for extension.
What You'll Do
* Test, diagnose and validate mechanical, electrical and pump units
* Strip and rebuild components to approved aerospace standards
* Operate test rigs and diagnostic equipment
* Record accurate test data (manual and electronic)
* Support continuous improvement activities
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians
* Identify and resolve complex technical faults using a handsāon approach
