Mechanical Reliability Engineer (Foundry)

Overview

Soucy Belgen is seeking a mechanical reliability project manager to balance office and field work. This role provides opportunities to learn about our equipment and to strive for the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance data (breakdown history, costs, downtime) and all production stoppages to identify trends, root causes of recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) based on data analysis, criticality analysis (RCM), industry best practices, and manufacturer recommendations
• Update and manage preventive maintenance schedules in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring their relevance and effectiveness
• Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CMMS
