Mechanical Quantity Surveyor -  Life Science Project - Dublin

Office/Project Location: Sandyford Dublin

Employment Type: Long term contract min 12 months

Work Location: Office based with some intermittent travel to client site.

Pay: €80 - €90 Per Hour Rate

Experience: 8+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a leading international EPC consultancy with offices in Dublin and Cork. 

A Mechanical Quantity Surveyor with pre construction, estimating and tendering experience is required.

This work will be conducted across an 8-12 month period with intermittent travel required to attend post tender clarification meetings with bidders. 

Following this tendering phase the candidate may be considered for a position in post contract administration should they be willing to travel to the project based in Europe.
