Role Description

The Mechanical Project Manager / Owner’s Representative (OR) is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all mechanical workstreams on the project, acting on behalf of the client to ensure the Mechanical scope of the General Contractor (GC), specialist subcontractors, and mechanical equipment vendors deliver in full accordance with the project’s design, schedule, quality, and commercial requirements.

In this role, you will represent the client’s interests on site and throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring full alignment between mechanical scope execution and the wider multidisciplinary delivery programme.
