Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical pre‑construction activities, including constructability in design, procurement and contracts, project planning, and budget planning to deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee mechanical system installations, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and associated systems.
• Ensure that the mechanical designs are aligned with the overall design intent and client expectations, managing any issues that arise during construction.
