Mechanical Project Coordinator

The Mechanical Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of mechanical and industrial projects under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Assist in gathering project requirements and preparing project initiation documents, project charters, and detailed scopes of work.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Prepare construction cost estimates, budget forecasts, quantity take-offs, and project cost analyses for capital and maintenance projects.
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed construction cost estimates; review contractor quotations; perform bid analysis; and provide recommendations to support project budgeting and procurement decisions.
