Description

The Product Expert team provides specialist aftermarket engineering support across spare parts, technical troubleshooting, field investigations, and equipment improvement. It acts as a bridge between regional customer needs and global engineering capability.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver rapid, close-to-customer engineering support for critical customers in Central Asia, with focus on technical quality, responsiveness, and practical problem solving
  • Resolve technical queries from customers, suppliers, field service, and internal teams relating to spare parts, equipment design, materials, drawings, and in-service equipment issues
  • Undertake complex parts identification, develop technical supply lists, and maintain recommended spare parts lists, first-fill spare parts packages, and related technical records
