Mechanical Processing Supervisor

Pace have joined with a very successful long-standing Agribusiness seeking a hands-on Mechanical Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations with a strong focus on equipment reliability, maintenance coordination, and production efficiency.
This role suits a mechanically minded supervisor with experience in processing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processing operations to meet production and quality targets
• Coordinate and support maintenance and mechanical readiness of plant and equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate repairs as required
• Monitor schedules, production performance, and operational records
• Lead, roster, and train staff with a focus on safe equipment operation
• Support WHS and QA systems and promote a strong safety culture
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call alarm monitor...
