Job Description

  • Install, assemble, align, and fit carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems.

  • Read and interpret piping isometrics, GA drawings, and spool drawings.

  • Perform pipe cutting, threading, grinding, beveling, and fit-up activities.

  • Install valves, flanges, gaskets, supports, and pipe accessories.

  • Ensure proper pipe alignment, slope, elevation, and support installation.

  • Assist welders during fit-up and ensure dimensional accuracy before welding.

  • Conduct line checking, flushing, and support hydro-testing activities as required.

  • Inspect materials for compliance with specifications before installation.

  • Follow HSE procedures, PTW systems, and use appropriate PPE at all times.

  • Coordinate with supervisors, QC inspectors, and engineers to resolve site issues.
