Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Cayey, PR. This role supports production operations in a manufacturing environment and is ideal for a hands-on professional who wants to build technical skills, work with production equipment, and grow within a stable operations team.

The Mechanical Operator will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, assist with setup and changeovers, support basic troubleshooting, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production area. This opportunity offers strong training, supportive teamwork, and the chance to complete a 3-month training program in Europe.
