Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the critical bridge between our Colorado-based mechanical engineering team and our contract manufacturing partners in Mexico. This role will be responsible for new product introductions (NPI), production ramp, sustaining engineering, and ongoing manufacturing support. You will be the boots‑on‑the‑ground problem solver who ensures our designs transition smoothly from development to mass production, while also maintaining and improving existing production lines. This position requires someone who can make critical go/no‑go decisions independently, balance new product launches with sustaining activities, and has the technical expertise to identify and resolve issues on the production line before they become major problems.
